Prillwitz & Co. designs and manufactures technologically
advanced machines intended to handle and convey dry
products whitin a processing plant.
Among our broad range of storage
elevators, stand out the followings: the disassembled
silos, the outdoor
silos made of stainless steel, and
the flexible ones which are made of a highly resistant
fabric called Trevira.
For the conveyance of products among distant places
whithin the working plant, Prillwitz supplies either
pneumatic conveying systems or conveyors that perform
the task by means of air. It is also possible to provide
mechanical conveyors, in which case the use of buket
elevators and screw
devices is needed.
For filling products into bags, Prillwitz provides
innovative bagging
and sealing machines intended to bag non-free-flowing
and free-flowing materials at high through rates.
Finally, and considering the dust-generating nature
of chemical processes, the air
aspiration and filtration is crucial. To avoid the
emission of dust into the environment and control its
presence on it, Prillwitz has designed highly efficient
sleeve
filters and fans.
