Grains milling
The necessary machinery for the milling and sifting
processes is basically the same for the different types
of grains.
The key to achieving high performance and a superior
quality product is the right location of the machines
in the flow diagram.
As you may know, the lay-out of the machines is not
the same in a soft wheat mill than in a durum mill.
When processing other grains, such as maize or rye,
the layout must be further modified in order to be optimal.
Additionally, even when handling the same type of grain
but with different quality, clothes in the sifting process
must be changed in order to process it.
This is very common in maize mills where most of the
times more grit is needed in exchange of maize flour
or vice versa.
Our engineering department is constantly commited to
enhancing the machines´ quality and milling process.
