Pneumatic
conveying
The pneumatic conveying system is considered
today as one of the most efficient ways to convey
products because of its security, sanitation and
reliability. Pneumatic conveying is the ideal
solution for countless number of problems emerging
from the movement of such products.
This technology widely simplifies the transfer
of bulk raw material along the different sectors
of the production plant because it is readily
adapted to handle any capacity or length.
Prillwitz has a vast experience and expertise
in the design, fabrication and manufacture of
such system for a wide variety of products.
Prillwitz offers custom solutions, adapted according
to the clients´ needs.

In order to generate the necessary
air to transport dry materials and products within
a working plant, Prillwitz employs regenerative
turbines, centrifugal pumps, fans or blowers.
In the later case, it is possible to ad an air-to-air
cooler to be embodied within the pneumatic conveyor
for avoiding the deteriorating of the product.
