The DMCA feeder is used when a precise amount of dry products needs to be dosed into the production line. Prillwitz´s feeder has been specially designed in order to ensure its accuracy during operation. Because it feeds granular and floury products in a constant and uniform way, the DMCA Feeder clearly distinguishing from others that present inadmissible dosage fluctuations.

The novel system incorporates a feeding worm in horizontal position that prevents the product from getting blocked and allows it to constantly flow.Moreover, our feeding systems differentiate from others because of they lack of feeding and adjustment problems caused by variations in the product moisture or air humidity.

The dosage range can be radically changed by simply replacing gear wheels.

A proximity sensor, which activates an alarm when the machine is empty, can be supplied upon request.

Finally, the DMCAg version features a weighing device that allows an hourly weight instead of hourly volume dosage. This model incorporates a scale that allows the user to accuratley modify the worm´s speed.

In case you need to dose a granular product, either the DMB Volumetric Measurer or the HSD Valve can be employed. If instead, you need to dose great volumes, we recomend to employ the HSF Screw Conveyor.
