The HVS sifter has been designed to achieve the highest performance in the sieving of difficult products, such as the ones coming from the air jet filters or the brushing machines of flour milling plants.

If these products were directly sent to the plansifter, they would soon block the sieves demanding the use of a more extensive sifting area that could be profitably used in other sectors of the milling process.The intensive vibration to which the sifter´s sieve is exposed, keep it completely clean thus increasing sifting process´s yield.

Because the liner tension is adjustable, the CVS sifter can be perfectly employed to rebolt (final sift) flour before bagging it.
