The PA Detacher is used in the milling process to detach flattened flour sheets which would be otherwise be classified as husk, but more intensively than the HDR detachers, thus helping to the grinding performed by the roller-mills.

Detachers are also employed in the foodstuff industry, for eliminating any insects that the product could have.

The PA detacher can be supplied in two different versions: the PA model and the Impact detacher or pin mill.

The former machine refines and detaches the product by the means of a rotor that heavily hits the product against the detacher´s body. After that, the product falls into a collecting channel.

On the other hand, pin mills perfome the same task but in a more agressive way.
