When cleaning and separating semolina, the SGE purifier offers the best performance. By being totally adjustable, the grains cleaner allows to obtain the highest purity of the processed products.

Flour purifiers are fitted with two independent sieve boxes, each having three layers of superimposed sieves which are cleaned by self-reversing brushes. The sieves are 100% adjustable in transversal and longitudinal inclination.

Sieve boxes are suspended by Rosta® vibrating devices, which allow soft functioning thus avoiding wear caused by fatigue.

Prillwitz´s cleaners have been carefully designed in order to avoid any inaccessible areas for cleaning operation, thus making them highly sanitary and functional.

The grain cleaning machine has 34 independent suction chambers, each equipped with an adjustable valve to control the suction. It is also provided with two main upper air intakes with graduated constant adjustment of the air capacity. All these variables allow the user to achieve the highest effectiveness in the purification process.
