The SIGMA Hammer Mill has been designed to provide high versatility and efficiency during the milling process. The hammermill has a grinding chamber with interchangeable blades and a vast sifting area given by a special steel liner with air self cleaning system.

The product enters the chamber radially thus allowing a higher capacity and fineness. Its novel design makes it a powerful machine suitable for grinding any kind of dry products.

The compact mill has two well differentited zones: a first zone, called ¨impact zone¨ receives the product, and a second one contains hard materials avoiding the screen deterioration.To ensure high performance, the motor is perfectly insulated from the rotor by a flexible coupling and a robust shaft support with a bearing.

Unlike other mills, Prillwitz´s hammer-mills require minimum maintenance because their wearproof steel blades sharpen automatically.
